TOKYO-BASED - IN-PERSON ONLY POSITION

I bet you’re hoping for a job description! Well… You’re not going to find it here! But Read this IN-FULL

Why? —— I’ve always shot and edited everything myself! (I enjoy it!) - So this is all 100% new!
But lately, there’s a lot more that I want to be creating, and having a bit of help would go a long way

I don’t imagine this will be an easy position though
You need to be able to edit (as in… find and build an engaging story) - preferably better than me! (Keep each other sharp!)
You need to be dangerously organized, and meticulous (You’ll be in charge of file management, and my system…. is detailed)
You need to be reliable, and be able to take feedback (cuz building stuff together is rarely, if ever… a smooth process)
You need to be amazing at dealing with last minute change - it happens… a lot
And… You need to be in Tokyo - This is an IN-PERSON position - NOT REMOTE
